At DiverseLuxe, we strive to provide the highest quality graphic design services. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please review our refund policy:

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Project Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your project before work has commenced, a full refund will be issued.

  • Design Approval: Once a design has been approved, refunds are no longer available.

  • Partial Refunds: If a project is canceled after work has begun but before the first draft is delivered, a partial refund may be provided, minus any work already completed.

2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for services once the final design has been delivered and approved.

3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at OFFICIALDIVERSELUXE@GMAIL.COM with your order number and reason for the refund request. We aim to process refunds within 7-10 business days.
