These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DiverseLuxe website and graphic design services. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered
DiverseLuxe provides graphic design services, including but not limited to logo design, branding, marketing materials, and custom graphics. All services are provided in GBP.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and materials needed for the design process. Any delays in providing necessary materials may impact project timelines.

3. Payment Terms
Payments for services must be made in GBP. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and other major credit and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of order or as specified in a project proposal.

4. Revisions and Approvals
Clients are entitled to 3 revisions per project. Additional revisions will incur an extra fee. Final approval is required before delivery of the completed design.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to use the final designs for the intended purpose. DiverseLuxe retains the right to display completed designs in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Limitation of Liability
DiverseLuxe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
