DiverseLuxe is dedicated to delivering high-quality graphic design services to our clients. Below is our service delivery policy:

1. Service Scope and Timelines
The scope and timelines for each project are agreed upon during the initial consultation and outlined in the service contract. All timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on project complexity and client feedback.

2. Client Communication
We communicate with clients via email, phone, and video calls to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project. Clients will receive regular updates on project progress.

3. Delivery Formats
Final design files will be delivered in standard formats such as JPEG, PNG, PDF, or any other format specified by the client.

4. Revisions
Clients are entitled to 3 revisions included in the service price. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim for complete client satisfaction with every project. If you are not satisfied with the initial drafts, we will work with you to make necessary adjustments within the scope of the project.
